How to Delete Your Reader Account on Ream

If at any time you'd like to delete your account on Ream, just email us at support@reamstories.com with your request. 

Please include the email of your account you'd like to be deleted, and be sure to email us from that email address, to prove to us that you have access to that account.

Important: canceling your reader account and canceling a subscription to an Author are two completely different things. Your subscriptions will not automatically cancel when you delete your Ream account.

We normally process your deletion request within 15 days.

Note: any associated data and history of your account will be deleted from our servers. Please back-up any sensitive information before requesting account deletion.
