Why is my CSV Export Not Working?

Ah! You want to export your reader emails from Ream, but the CSV export ain't working.

We feel your frustration and we want to help!

Here are some common fixes to the CSV Export not working on Ream:

  1. Turn off any Ad Blockers. If an ad blocker is in your browser it likely won't be working as expected!
  2. Switch from Safari to another browser. At this time, Safari has been giving our authors lots of issues with CSV Exports.
  3. Turn off any other extensions and let us know which ones you are using so we can update this guide for future authors!
