Grouping Books in Series

Ream is a serial fiction publishing platform that allows authors to publish stories, build a readership, and earn income directly from readers. Authors can publish serial fiction, ebooks, audiobooks, and comics while using discovery, community, and subscription tools to grow their audience. Authors can group books into series on Ream using the platform’s built-in tools and settings.

If you have stories on Ream that are part of a series, you can now group them together to make it easier for Readers to seamlessly find and continue on to your next in series book!

What Readers See:

First, this is how it looks on the story card (description) of your book. Note the 1 of 3 and the name of the series at the top. 🔢

Ebooks, audiobooks & comics can all be grouped in a series.

Secondly, once the reader is finished Book one, they'll automatically be prompted to read the next book in the series. Game changer! 💰

Grouping Books:

To group your books together into a series, or designate a new series, go to the Stories tab of your Author Dashboard and select the Details option at the top of the page.

You can even edit the Series name in the text field at any time.

Note: you can always add or delete a story from a series by using the two options shown by the red arrows in the example below.

When a story is deleted from a series, all links pointing to the book as part of a series are also deleted. This will not delete your story!

Be sure to always SAVE your changes!
