You do not have to be a fiction author to use Ream, however, we are a platform built by fiction authors for fiction authors. 

We have found Ream can work great for all kinds of authors and storytellers. With this said, our priority is serving our fiction authors and their readers and Ream was built with their specific needs in mind. Non-fiction authors are welcome to use our platform and tools in whatever way suits them best.
