How Do I Report Spam Comments

Make reading more enjoyable for everyone by reporting any story comments you see that aren't appropriate/ don't pertain to the story.

Like many other platforms, both spam and bot comments are becoming a more common nuisance, but we have reporting tools available to you so that our team can take action and remove the comment.

If you're an author and the comment is on your own story, you can delete or report it anytime by clicking the menu (three dots) then Unlawful Content and then Spam to report. Our content moderation team will review and take appropriate action.

For comments on someone else’s story, as a reader you can click the same menu and select “Report” to flag it as spam, and our Trust & Safety team will handle it and prevent further comments.

As an author, you’re always free to remove any comments for any reason. You also have the option to mute or ban members from your content through your members list.
