How Can I Cancel, Downgrade, or Upgrade My Subscription?

At any time you can decide to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription plan to an author. You can do so by following these instructions:

To Upgrade Your Subscription:

log in to your Ream account
go to Memberships using the 3 dots on the upper right side
choose which membership and the click the 3 dots to the far right and select Manage
if there is a higher tier than the subscription you currently have, and you want to upgrade, you can also click the purple Upgrade button. *Please note: This will not work to downgrade or cancel

To Downgrade Your Subscription:

log in to your Ream account
go to Memberships using the 3 dots on the upper right side
choose which membership and the click the 3 dots to the far right and select Manage
to downgrade, on the next (checkout) page, click the purple Update Plan button to choose a different subscription tier level
