How Can I Cancel, Downgrade, or Upgrade My Subscription?
At any time you can decide to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription plan to an author. You can do so by following these instructions:
To Upgrade Your Subscription:
- log in to your Ream account
- go to Memberships using the 3 dots on the upper right side
- choose which membership and the click the 3 dots to the far right and select Manage
- if there is a higher tier than the subscription you currently have, and you want to upgrade, you can also click the purple Upgrade button. *Please note: This will not work to downgrade or cancel
To Downgrade Your Subscription:
- log in to your Ream account
- go to Memberships using the 3 dots on the upper right side
- choose which membership and the click the 3 dots to the far right and select Manage
- to downgrade, on the next (checkout) page, click the purple Update Plan button to choose a different subscription tier level
To Cancel Your Subscription:
- log in to your Ream account
- go to Memberships using the 3 dots on the upper right side
- to cancel your subscription, choose Cancel Membership instead of Manage
- to unsubscribe from the tier, confirm by clicking Unsubscribe
Please note:
- upgrading or downgrading a subscription will take effect immediately, and the subscription cost will be prorated as needed
- canceling a subscription will end the membership on the next invoice date, and you will retain access to the content until that date
