Why Was I Charged Multiple Times For the Same Subscription?

You may see on your credit card or bank statement multiple pending charges for a membership on Ream.

When this happens, it is likely because the first time we tried your payment method it failed. To avoid any lapse in your subscription on Ream, we typically retry your payment method, which ends up resolving payment failure 70%+ of the time without any additional effort on your end.

As we retry your payment method, you may see multiple pending charges, however, you will only be charged once for these charges, resulting in only one final bill for your membership.
