Can I Put Images Inside My Stories on Ream?

As of February 2025, our massive image update is complete, and authors can now add images directly into their stories.

Whether it's a beautifully illustrated map, a character portrait or a mood-setting scene (sunset anyone?), you can enhance your story with visuals!

• Just go to the Stories tab of your Author Dashboard and use the Picture icon in the text field to edit a chapter and add an image.

• You can also upload an 'Epub With Formatting' when uploading an entire manuscript to Ream. See our help guide about .epub here: https://help.reamstories.com/article/251-understanding-epub
