Yes!

You can edit chapters anytime on Ream. When you do so, saved changes will be instantly live for your readers.

In addition, readers will not be sent an email notification about edits to your Ream chapters.

Pease note: When you do make edits to a chapter, all comments on that specific chapter will be lost.
