How to Change Your Payout Schedule on Ream

This is for authors in our Direct integration.

So you want to change your payout schedule? The good news is that you can change it to manual, daily, weekly, or monthly. We are here to help with that!

1. Sign into your Stripe account at: https://dashboard.stripe.com/dashboard. Note: Only authors on Ream’s Direct to Reader integration will be able to sign in to Stripe.

Authors on Ream Managed do not have access to their own Stripe account and have less control over payout schedules.

2. Then click the settings (gear) icon in the top right corner.

3. Once there scroll down to Business Settings and select External payout accounts and scheduling.

4. Then scroll down to the heading Payout Schedule and select whether you’d like to pay out automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Or you can have payouts be manual which only pays out your Ream balance when you manually press the button in your Stripe Dashboard to do so.
