I Have a Paid Subscriber but No Balance on My Income Dashboard Page. Why?

When a reader first subscribes to you, you will see their email in your Members tab in your dashboard and the amount that they have paid you. However, you may still see a balance of zero on your income page. This can be alarming, but don’t fret!

The reason you don’t see this balance yet is because it has not become available.

This means that our payment partners and issuing banks are still processing this transaction. Typically these transactions take 24 - 48 hours to settle. Once this occurs, you will see this balance as Available on the Income tab of your author dashboard.
