Creating a Welcome Email in Ream

The Big Picture: For each of your tiers inside Ream you can customize an email (including any links you'd like) that is sent immediately to a reader when they join a specific paid tier 🥳.

Here's how...

1. Click the Edit button on the Page tab inside your Ream Author dashboard.

Tip: You'll find this on the bottom right-hand corner of your page tab on Ream. 🙂

2. Navigate to the tier you want to add a welcome message to and click on the More Actions button.

3. Select Welcome Message from the options that appear.

4. Create your Custom Welcome Email and include links to chapters in Ream you'd like your readers to experience, links to sideload books, or anything else you'd like!

Remember, you can create a Welcome Email for each of your tiers!

And if you don't create a welcome email, we will send your readers the standard membership notification so they know their payment was successful.
