How Do I Pause My Ream Subscription Page As An Author?

Contact the Support Team at support@reamstories.com and we can assist you in pausing your recurring reader payments.

We also strongly recommend completing the following as well:

• temporarily archive your tiers to prevent new subscriber sign up
• make a community post to all tiers to let them know there will be no new content for X amount of time and that no one will be charged in that time frame
• let us know when that is complete and when you want to start pausing subscriber payments

This means that you can take a break from your Ream page and your readers won’t be charged during that time period, while still enjoying access to the content you've already provided to them.

When you are ready, we can then restart these payments just by reaching out again to support@reamstories.com.
